The camera won't open
Happy Little Clicks needs camera access. Open your device Settings → Happy Little Clicks → enable Camera, then reopen the app.
My strips aren't saving
The app needs permission to add to your photo library. In your device Settings → Happy Little Clicks → Photos, allow access, then take a new set of photos.
Does it work offline?
Yes — once set up, capturing, composing, saving and printing all work with no internet connection.
How do I add my logo, caption or colours?
Open Settings in the app. You can add a two-line caption, upload a logo, turn on the date, and pick your background and text colours.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google. Manage or cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Open the app, go to the subscription screen and tap Restore purchase while signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account.
