Terms of Use

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the applicable app store terms.

2. Subscription, billing and cancellation

The App is offered on an auto-renewing annual subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the App lawfully and not to misuse it, including not attempting to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell the App, and not using it to create unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

4. Your content

Photos, logos, and captions you create with the App are yours. They are stored on your device; we do not claim ownership of them and do not receive them. You are responsible for the content you create and for having the rights to any logo or image you add.

5. Intellectual property

The App, its design, and its branding are owned by Myburgh Solutions B.V. and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or images. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Changes

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
